Cancel/modify an order
You can cancel or modify your order as long as it hasn't started processing. To do so, contact info@creushop.com and specify the order number you want to cancel or modify, as well as which products you want to change or add to the order.
Track my order
You will receive two emails when your order has been shipped. One from us notifying you of the shipment, and another from the carrier, including a tracking link so you can track it. Additionally, if you placed the order from your CREU account, you can find the tracking link and all the information related to your purchase on our website under "My Account" in the "My Orders" section.
Sometimes emails sent end up in the spam or promotions folder. Also check the email address used to make the purchase, especially when paying with Apple Pay/Google Pay, as the email address assigned to your Apple Pay/Google Pay account is logged.
Physical store
You can now pick up your orders at our Studio by choosing the "Pickup in store" option when you checkout. We'll notify you when your order is ready for pickup within 24 business hours.
You can also try on the pieces we have available at the CREU Studio. If you're looking for or would like to try on something specific, please email us, contact us via WhatsApp, or Instagram, and we'll prepare it for your visit.

Exchanges and returns
Make an exchange or return
At CREU, we offer 15 days from the date of receipt of the order to make an exchange or return.
Changes or returns of personalized products are not accepted.
Products in the "Archive Sale" category are part of a clearance sale, so returns or exchanges for any purchased items will not be accepted.
The options are as follows:
- Exchange it for another product of equal value.
- Exchange it for another product of a higher value and pay the difference.
- Exchange it for a product of a lower price and we'll refund the difference with a voucher with no expiration date.
- Request a refund and receive the full amount of the product in a voucher with no expiration date, but never the shipping costs.
In any case, it is essential that the products subject to exchange or return are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use; otherwise, no exchange or refund can be issued. It is the customer's responsibility to provide appropriate packaging to ensure the items arrive at CREU in perfect condition. We recommend using the original packaging in which you received your order.
The cost of an exchange/return for Spain is €4, for Europe €10, and for the rest of the world €22. You will be charged the new shipping costs.
If you have received a defective or incorrect product, or if you are missing a product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@creushop.com .
Jewelry
Material and care
At CREU, we primarily work with noble materials: 925 sterling silver and 18K gold plating. All of our sterling silver designs are available in 18K gold plating and rhodium-plated 925 sterling silver (silver and gold-plated).
We also have a stainless steel line with gold-colored designs.

Warranty and repairs
All of our jewelry comes with a one-year warranty from the date your order is delivered. The warranty only applies to cases where there is a manufacturing defect and the damage was not caused by misuse.
Jewelry undergoes exhaustive quality control, so for warranties requested after 15 days of receipt of the purchase, the team will review and evaluate the case and, if the conditions for proceeding with the warranty are met, the jewelry will be replaced.
At CREU, great care is taken with the designs, mostly made of sterling silver, and we work with top-quality materials. Many pieces of jewelry can be repaired if they are broken. To keep your jewelry in perfect condition, review our materials and jewelry care guide.
Sold out jewel
We restock all our out-of-stock items weekly, except for limited collection designs and clearance items. You'll find the information in the product description.
We recommend that you subscribe to the out-of-stock product to receive notification when it becomes available again.
